My latest review is for a product called E-cloth! E-cloth is a microfiber cloth that is designed to clean surfaces with water alone. Their slogan is “Chemical Free Cleaning” and they claim that these cloths will kill 99% of bacteria by “collecting bacteria rather than “killing bacteria”. They offer different cloths for each part of the house and I chose the one that cleans the kitchen!
I was a little skeptical about this product at first just because I didn’t believe that a cloth could clean and kill bacteria without the use of some type of cleaner. So I avoided cleaning some areas in my kitchen for a couple of days so I could really see this thing in action. I started with the stovetop…

And after about 45 seconds of scrubbing…Voila!
I was really surprised at how well it cleaned the stove with no assistance from any other cleaners in less than a minute. I did have to use a little spray to get the rest of the spots, but that’s always a really difficult area to clean.
Next, I cleaned out a cup…
I also found this task pretty simple with using the e-cloth rather than using a scrub brush. I was pretty much able to clean out each cup with just one swipe!
Then, I tried out the e-cloth on the sink! Here is the before…
Like I said, I didn’t clean it for a few days….And here is the after!
Bam! Look at that. Like a brand new sink! Beautiful! And all done in less than a minute with just the e-cloth and water!
Then, I popped it in the washer!
And there you go…refreshed and ready to get back to work!
I really wasn’t expecting much from this product, but was surprised to see how well it did around the kitchen. I also like using chemical free products around the house since the kids touch everything. I don’t know if it’s a mental thing, but for certain spills and areas I feel like I would still use some type of cleaner to help with the germs. But overall, I really liked this product and I am excited to try out the other cloths for other parts of the house!
